Exchange/Return Policy

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.  We work very hard to ensure you receive the highest quality product and that it meets your standards.

Your satisfaction is very important to us, therefore we would like to minimize returns as much as possible. We are always happy to answer questions about the products and try to meet any special request that you have.

In the event an item was not as expected, we will offer an EXCHANGE or a STORE CREDIT, within 14 days of the purchase date. NO REFUNDS.

Sales become final 14 days after you receive your order.

We offer no price adjustments on previous purchases.

Please allow up to 15 days for processing of returns for store credit. If you have not received a credit within that time please feel free to contact us

 All Customized Items are FINAL SALES 

All custom items are created per your specifications and personalized just for you. Therefore, they are non-returnable unless it is our error. If we have made a mistake, we welcome the opportunity to resolve the error immediately and re-ship the corrected product at no cost to you.
